Nah it's easier to enrich continental Asian countries than the Philippines since the Philippines are a bunch of fragmented islands that are mountainous making utilities, transport, food, and housi; much more expensive compared to the massive amounts of arable flat lands Taiwan, South Korea, and Japan, has.
