No. Im literally in the top 5% salary wise and I canβt even afford a car. Everything is eaten up by taxes and inflation. Weβre already a feudal country because almost all house purchases are done by family money at this point

I've got a car a motorcycle, and have saved about 75% of what a small single home would cost paying upfront. I might buy a terrain, and then buy a small prefab house.
Sadly I'm too close of being a sperg to have a real family.
BTW I'm older than you, but I'm not a boomer. And yes, you are being fucked by both private equity, and past policies enticing mass immigration without taking into account whether the new citizens would adapt or not.

No. I have no need for one as I will forever remain a lonely virgin retard, nor can I afford one. If anything I'll inherit a house once my dad dies but it's in the middle of nowhere and will probably be a broken down piece of shit by then.

The issue here is that houses are priced based on the assumption that there will be two salaries paying off the mortgage. So incels are actively priced out of the market and couples that want to start families have to pay extortionate amounts of money on childcare because both parents need to work all day.
