My first job was to be a temporary worker for warehouse logistics and handiwork. Worst job that I ever had. But that was mostly because of coworkers and not the work itself.

I'm a college dropout with no work experience. Shit I feel so worthless. I want to apply for blue collar jobs but you know how Indogs see people older than 25 as unemployable. Also I don't have my own vehicle. It's annoying that this is somehow a requirement, like nigga I don't have money to buy a motorcycle, that's why I'm looking for jobs.

I heard that these kind of jobs pay really well in first world countries. Is it because normal people don't know how to fix things by themselves?

For sure. I get paid pretty well. I can't own a house (high cost of living area), but I can live comfortably by myself and go on a couple extended vacations every year.

There are a lot of white people who invest their retirement savings by buying villas and turn it into profitable business here. I mean the living cost here is cheaper than in the west, even doctors don't make 35k usd a year.

It was rather that one coworker failed to train me properly for my position and the coworker after him made it very vocal everyday, how irritated he is about it to my rather fragile 18 year old myself, which at some point made me quit.

I graduated mine, and it took me 2 years to get a job in an unrelated field. Reach out to literally all your families, job openings are almost all fake.
Or really start looking up ways to migrate as a blue collar worker in firstie countries like what I'm doing right now.

Blue collar jobs are only worth it if you're going to become a laborer in a first world country. You have power tools, longer breaks and shorter hours provided.

Blue collar in the third world is just modern day slavery.

no if anything people know better how to fix things here. there are several reasons, they are not allowed to, insurrance is void if its an amateur job, resale value can plummet without paperwork on everything, people value their time off and dont want to fiddle with it themselfs, people are perfectionists and the thirdie way of meh its good enough isnt, it has to be 100%.
this doesnt mean diy culture isnt big.

The downside of SEA is that it's way too far from US I guess? But at least it's way safer than Brazil or LATAM countries. You probably need to be wary of Russian gangsters here more than local thugs (who are like 5'5 tall max).

Do employers there try to cheat young unemployed people by paying below minimum wage? It's way too common here, even teachers got paid like 20 usd / month. The schools gaslight them by saying, "teacher is a noble profession, you shouldn't be in it for the money". Fucking insane country.
>>215866395
That makes sense. It's the opposite here. After sales service is so ass here (plus it's only like 1 year warranty which is fucked up), so people learn to fix things by themselves.

Don't know really. Blue collar seems to be more warm with interactions and joking, but treatment can sometimes be pretty harsh, especially if you make mistakes. Guess it also depends on your attitute. I had to learn to just roll with shit and to take shit not too personally, basically growing some thick skin. White collar is more nice in treatment, but it always feels like you're walking on egg shells. Like making the wrong jokes or anything like that. Depending on the job they even try their best to prevent team binding, like in support hotlines.

workers are in demand here, so you have to pay up or they leave. we dont even have minimum wage.
having to fix things yourself doesnt mean you know how to or ever learn it, you just have to do it and the result might be trash but functional. i worked with enough immigrants to have experienced this first hand.
3-5 years warranty for private consumers btw.

Lot of germans would probably be mad because it's targeted for teens or people wanting to switch careers, but ausbildung. Look it up yourself.
I'm currently attending a language course and watching many german media, by ths December I would probably show up here and there in their general, and hopefully, a year later you'll see a german flag namefag called indog
