did you know in sweden the police have full authority and will probably use that authority to force you to undress yourself, take you to the closest police station to give them blood or urine samples and might even search your house if they suspect (or just acuse you) of being under the influence of narcotics.
you won't get any compensation and the police wont get any penalty if your proven innocent either.

My friend almost died in a drunk driving accident, and the cops knew he was toasted. He wouldn't allow a sample, so they took him to the hospital.
