Albanian does this
They also have xh for the j sound since j is used for the y sound and y is used for the ü sound

We did, but with computing it's better to have just dhe regular English alphabet because odher special characters and diacritics are not as widely supported, have encoding problems, limited font support, tend to break, etc. and people aren't used to typing dhem. Languages which use just dhe regular Latin alphabet with no odher characters or diacritics tend to have it easier with computing.
