There are no objective sources for any of this. It's largely based off of the fact that many refiniries has been blown up and subsequent videos off telegram and the like of massive gassoline lines at stations. This won't give you any real numbers. And obviously russian sources deny that there's any sort of shortage at all. There's no birds eye perspective here. It's all guesswork
