It's just called rape really, there's normally no distinction made beyond "a woman raped a man". I've noticed Japanese has a lot of terms like reverse harem and reverse trap, but you don't generally see this in English other than otaku terms translated from Japanese. Only term I can think of is "reverse racism", but if you use that anywhere you'd probably just make people upset because racism is racism.
If you used reverse rape in a doujinshi translation I think every single reader would understand and prefer this kind of term.
I wouldn't use it in any other context because it sounds pornographic.

Mnemonics are a meme. I have never been able to use them successfully for a single kanji.

You don't have to use mnemonics, kanji are pretty logical on their own as long as you know the pictograph meanings (which used to be obvious but got warped by time), if you know 口 is a mouth and 勹 is "bound up", then it makes sense that a phrase 句 is a bundle that comes from the mouth etc

Some take a bit more reaching if the original meaning was lost or if it's abstract but it's still easier to remember 議 (deliberation) as speaking + justice (which is just a horned king above ego, which itself is a hand on a spear) than try to make up your own way of distinguishing the strokes, especially when there's lots of similar looking ones like 謙 謹 護

Any advice for longer term to work past that 500 word N5 and grammar hurdle? I figure consuming content is another but the steepness is nuts. What did you use?

Just to put things into perspective.
Once I finished N5 grammar I just picked up a manga and read with low understanding from time to time, it was pretty mentally exhausting just recognizing kanji and words. I also put in the hours to read through the entirety of はなひらっ!which probably took me 40+ hours or maybe even more instead of 4 hours or whatever is normal according to vndb. I didn't have high comprehension at all, but who cares I got tons of practice on what I did know.
When I finished N4 I had read another VN, and it probably took me until halfway into N3 to finish two routes of Kanon, probably took me around 80 hours just for those two routes. I then listened to another route on a drama CD and put the rest on backburner forever.
The hurdle is indeed insane in the beginning. I just kept going drinking coffee and reading 10 hours a day as if it was my employment. I also grinded anime with Memento to create anki cards by looking up every single word I didn't know.
I don't think there's anything more effective than combining SRS + constant grinding. I'm in the bathtub now watching JP youtube videos to relax. I watch anime or videos while making food, while eating, I listen to podcasts and drama cds when I go out shopping for food.
I've legit watched 1000 hours of anime so far this year and probably spent another 1000 reading, and another 500 doing anki reviews.
Its become an obsession.

Use tools.
Manga: Mokuro OCR lets you instant lookup words with Yomitan (install yomitan if you havent). It can also create cards for anki with one click, but I personally prefer doing my anime mined cards since it's free listening practice with massive variety so I just ignore my manga/vn cards and replace them with anime cards whenever I have the chance.
Anime/Drama: Memento, instant lookup on japanese subs, one click card creation with audio, sentence, picture
VN: Textractor, auto copy VN text to yomitan to read.

I've still never spoken a word of Japanese.
