The weirdest part is that everybody, regardless of racial background, is racist against Indians. Chinese, Arabs, Filipinos, Somalis, Afghans, Slavs, Africans, Jamaicans, you name it. They all hate Indians. The girl in the OP was Filipino.

What is even more interesting is that racism is usually a male thing, but with Indians, women hate them even more than men.
