That's called rioplatense spanish, it's what argentinians and uruguayans speak, it differs significantly from european spanish or other latin spanish dialects.

He already kind of explained it. The dialects of Spanish melt Europeans minds. I speak ",Mexican Spanish"., "Puerto Rican Spanish", "Dominican Spanish" and "Colombian". MexicZn uses the most slang is is shit, dr is fast and terrible grammar, Puerto Rican is anglofied so they cut everything off at the end plus use slot of English words, Colombians almost sing their Spanish. It's my favorite. Also I speak English, pidgin English and something like a mixture of French, English and pidgin English.
Caribbean pidgin English is my favorite to speak. It's ridiculously easy.
