Modern existence is just a humiliation ritual.
I just want to get away from these fucking animals, taxes, and work hours.
I wish I could just go away and build a nice house in the middle of nowhere and just farm fruits, vegetables and other plants to make my own clothes and anything I need.
Even if I die of an easily preventable disease at 50 I would not care.

Where do you live? I'm in rural Kansas and live on a 3 acre property and it's still pretty boring. Modern life just sucks in general.

>learn how to do 1 random task
>do it 20 hours a week and look busy for another 15
>every material need is now taken care of
I think it's pretty good
being a farmer stressed all the time or being a factory worker sounds like a fucking dogshit existence compared to now

>being a farmer stressed all the time
i don't know any farmer that is stressed all the time.
I grew up in a small rural town and whenever I visit the farmers are the only ones with families and nice trucks, everybody else has either left the town or is a poorfag.

just being realistic
even in tribes or these self-sustaining hippie communities you have to work and put something, and even more if you become a hermit because you have to do everything on your own
honestly the closest and easiest thing would be to become a homeless
homeless people who aren't druggies or mentally ill, can have a decent live in the streets

my honest unadulterated take? suffer for a couple more years, make a money stash of about 100k and bring your dollars and yourself here. Cost of living is insane in the US and it's relatively low here, despite being pretty westernized and frankly safe if you aren't really really stupid. Plus you get bunda and beaches. Just don't throw toilet paper down the shitter, wear soccer team shirts, and buy a water filter instead of drinking directly from the tap.

Good luck americanon

I mean before. now they're rich and get unlimited gibs so the things that used to fuck them randomly don't anymore. But it's still work all day every day with no time off ever

I am thinking of just getting a van and living by the beach somewhere, learning how to surf and working normal hours and not this slavery.
housing costs are insane. I just wish there was a way to be able to have a fridge when living out of a van so I would not have to constantly buy groceries.
Idk how I would even live in brazil like going about meeting new people and making friends, not that I have any out here but still.

I know it sounds scary but little money for you there means a lot here. As per friends and relationships I imagine it sounds scary but there's nowhere easier than here for that. You can do it. People are fascinated by foreigners in general but especially americans

There's a scene in Tom Cruise's Oblivion where he goes off grid for a few hours to go relax at his very own isolated lake shack with basket ball court and a cozy cabin bed. I have fantasized about having that ever since I watched it. I want to build a cozy semi-open cabin far away from civilization, pay no property tax on it because no body knows it exists and be a recluse in between work and life once or twice every month
