not here. they're expensive (as is every type of housing) and they're small. Poland had the smallet apartments in the eastern block. pretty sure it that funny buildings the apartments are one-sided too.
commieblocks in poland are prettier than they are comfortable to live in

Multi-family mass housing the the West is usually vile, because of "Romanians" and "Bulgarians" (Gypsies), and god awful Boomer/public company landlords, who let the place rot.
