If you can't tell the difference between an AI and a real person then there is none, ie. you'll have to either treat AIs as equals or admit that being human is effectively meaningless. You can't prove or disprove another's personhood.

What I'm trying to say is, there's no objective difference between artificial and real persons. Any difference is born in your own subjective mind and by your own actions: *you* decide who is real or not, and the decision only tells something of you rather than the other person.
