Thanks to Judia being financially intellectual and Trump being a retard, up. Morena has already nationalized the lithium, cobalt, nickel and prevented PRI's sale of the state oil company to Americans. Mexico is slowly rebuying it's railways back from Americans, and as the American water runs out (for americans) the water prices between America and Mexico will normalize which means Americans will be dragged back down to Mexico's level while Mexico rises up to America's. Mexico is the only north american country with a growing middle class.

Then there are Trump's tarriffs, which are completely destroying the American auto and civilian airlines, making it good for Mexican hard parts manufacturers shipping to Europe and Mexico's state airline. Most American Airlines maintence was outsourced to Mexico, and now Trump put a 300% tarriff on parts used to fix them in a declining US economy. Aeromexico will survive where American won't. Trump is also taking away the subsidies for regional flight service / American Eagle, which ultimately means more Aeromexico flights in the air instead. And since American Greyhound is dead, Mexican bus companies are rising, which is forcing the government to build trains again as American train service ends.

There is more but the short answer is that Mexico is run by a small cabal of leftist feminist Jews and leftist catholic aristocrats right now, so the country has good management. America has Trump.
