Not very common, there's not much point when half of us are blonde/s and everyone has blue eyes. Nobody cares if you have brown or blonde hair here because we don't fetishize "aryanism".

natural darkened blonde hair doesn't look like that. first off it never becomes as dark as that, even in the darkest parts it's light brown at best. second is that it looks like a gradient, slowly becoming lighter as it goes down from the roots, not an abrupt color change like in op's picture.
