The middle east had and has their own traditional stuff that they eat daily.
India obviously we all know.
East Asia i won't break down cause it's too many variables but as I said, outside of those two countries that some heavy western/American influence they mostly eat local cuisine or stuff influenced by Portugues/Spanish colonies as far as I know.
Again, eating fast food once a month is not the same as eating white food every single day.
Whites don't have the exclusivity to bread, cheese, cold cuts and so on, we have all that stuff too in great quantities, in fact it's you niggas that call it salami not us calling it Wurst.

The germans have little to do with it, unless we are specifically talking about the areas they immigrated to.

Aside from that, it’s hard to say exactly how much of what we eat is european in origin because it has been adapted to fit our society throughout the centuries.

On the top of my head I can think of things like the bread we eat, the most popular is heavily inspired by french breads, and by the end of the year we like to eat ham and some italian sweet breads like panettone.

As I said, it’s hard to say because it’s been so long that it’s hard to tell whether something is european in origin right off the bat, I would have to do some research. Another one that I can think right now is mashed potatoes, which are very widespread and commonly eaten here. Artesanal sausages have been popularized by the germans and are present in basically every churrasco around the country.

I guess, I can hardly define boiled mashed potatoes even a dish since they're such a basic food and it varies hugely on the ingredients that you use.
I almost always eat them with olive oil and salt, not exactly hyperborean.
To me it'd be like saying that tomato puree is Spanish or Italian, it's just a basic ingredient.
Sausages themselves aren't exactly a white exclusive but if you eat specifically the German kind I can accept them as a white food in that case.
