I've always wondered why Turkey is in the EU even though they aren't European. Shouldn't Europeans be in the European Union? Can the US join the European Union because white Americans are more European than a Turk is

from my observation we have practically nothing that mentions greece in our tv or media
only foreign countries that gets mentioned are israel palestine and sometimes usa
not even russia ukraine war gets any coverage
