As a non-muslim I think you would definelty like Chile or Brazil a lot better.
Politically however, it's definitely not as bad as sharing a border with israel but it's not super stable either. Sadly both cuntries do have racist politics but unlike in Canada or europe they woudnt be harmful to you on the basis of your race. since most arabs are christian and wealthy but maybe not too waelthy that there is resentment against them (unlike in mexico or central american where arabs are seen as oppressive elites, and therefore may face racism in the near future). In Chile there is racism against people like me (native peoples) but not as bad as some other cunts tho and in brazil there is racism against blacks (half the population). There have also been Christian facist leaders in both cuntries and in brazil open support for zionism and disrespect towards arabs. (Not in chile tho because of the larger percentage of christian arabs).

If your okay not having a community of arabs I would also look at Uruguay as it's probably the most stable and last I heard had a clear path to citizenship. Only downside is the nature is underwhelming.
Otherwise like I said New Zealand has some of the best nature in the world and you woudnt need to learn another language but with a high white population it has and still could be more dangerous.
