I live close to Lexembourg, I know people that work there as nurses and get paid way better with a good abillity to even get pension from them if you work there long enough. Or Switzerland, or Denmark. LOTS of spanish doctoirs come here, many german ones go to the aforementioned countries.

all of these are boomer-run states, simply they might be a bit richer than Germany as a whole so there is more wealth to share between the citizens and their boomer dominance is not as much of a burden

Not him, but how old are you? It is understandable that if stuff is working out for you, you are ok with it. You are also right that there IS entitlement. I hope poland stays as economically growing as it currently is, despite all the defense spending (good job there and thanks), But it is measurable that my generation and later, I am 34, get crushed by the social state the boomers voted in for themselves (and paid for themselves, true) because unlike them we do NOT have a very small war reduced parent/grand-parent layer. We have more of them than there are of us young people paying in and, more importantly, working.
I had my experiences with being a travelling nurse for a bit, elder care and regular hospital work. the joke would be to say that I pay myself to to take care of them.
They just didn't have enough children.

In regards to singapore, they had the advantage of being founded later and in a different cultural setting. Same way I think our state, funny as it is, works better than a lot of the stuff the us has going on law and organisation wise because we just had to reform multiple times. I know we still have it good. But we do not have it better than our parents, measurably. The costs for the essentials a young family would need are higher than for the earlier generations. That does not mean we do not have it significantly better in some areas (especially medical tech wise).
but currently we have 2 people working/paying taxes for 2 pensioneers. This will probably get worse because the numerical strong baby-boomers are starting to retire etc.
