I don't know, I'm not a westoid nor do I live in the west, ESG is a global phenomena, every cunt is instituting their own tailored version of it, and frankly Nippon isn't that far placed than westoid culture, so if you want the job with an American mnc, fill out the form with honesty, otherwise there are a lot of small scale companies that don't have to comply with esg/equal opportunity/ anti discrimination guidlines
