my country has never contributed anything to humanity but I still don't want to live around browns and blacks + the working class never built those things in the first place, they were designed by architects and engineers who came mostly from the upper middle class/upper class, the idea that a bricklayer can take credit for a beautiful cathedral is ridiculous

Many of these are working class. Having a college education doesn't turn you into middle class, as long as you're producing surplus value for capital you're working class.

Even in those independent professional, their education was possible thanks to the surplus values produced by the working class (which end up financing schools, teachers's salaries, etc)

Hammers & nails are means of production. They're constant capital. The working class is variable capital. Both are needed to create values, the emphasis is put on the variable capital (ie the human) because the constant capital by itself cant produce value, it can only transfer value.
