It would mostly be urban vs rural with suburbs being mixed. The likely course would be liberals going on the offensive to conquer rural land for resources and pathway to coastal ports to import supplies from Europe while conservatives attempt to defend against these offensives and siege urban areas.

However, in reality, a civil war isn't actually going to happen.
