The Quran suffers from the fact that it's very repetitive but also disjointed.
The Old Testament is extremely dry and boring, but there's some method to it, like a boring legal text. You have books like Job which are actually aesthetically and morally pleasing to read, but most of it is just fire and brimstone.

Buddhist texts can also be excruciatingly repetitive, but there's at least some order in it.
