Think about it. If a man and a maiden are united in holy matrimony and he loves and cherishes her as his beloved wife until the end of his days and vice versa and they raise a family together until they are both old, how exactly is she "harmed" or "violated" ? People know deep down that if they talk to a grandmother who married when she was 13 years old to a man in his 20s (or a 14 year old for that matter. I've read in a book set in older times a similar story, a 10 yo girl is promised to marry a guy when she grows up and he cares for her until she's old enough.
Technically he marries her later but she was already living with him (no sex).
Still a bit strange if she's too young, difficult to treat a girl like a daughter or a sister and then fuck her when she grows up.
