I recently had a 2 hour delay on a 4 hour train ride. It got so bad that they wanted to transfer everyone onto a different ICE train but it turned out to not have enough seats.

Did you know we subsidize trains with more money than NASA's entire budget? You got a space base, GPS and a man on the moon while we Europeans got trains that are slower and more expensive than flying.

depends entirely on the locality and economic strata, I had even seen a considerable variance in asuncion with my old neighborhood having a much higher amount of european descendants than other places in the urban area, while the poor places are almost entirely indian
