There's this idea about it being good. Preventing them from turning to crime and only procreating with dumb bitches if successful at it.
With gibs, the bad apples pop out really obvious. They had no reason to cause such damage to others and themselves yet they sought up the generous welfare states and manage to get BTFO'd all by themselves.
It's over when that greed and will to be what you aren't get the upper hand.
