Let's be real here if they declare independence (they won't) the whole country of Canada is over. Quebec ends up either as part of the US or in some sort of economic union where we crush their "culture" and language laws with tariffs and forcing them to lower regulations if they want to trade with us. They'll need to rely on the US to survive since the Canadian peso will have collapsed even further, and we aren't interested in supporting freeloaders anymore unless it benefits us. In 100 years they'll all be speaking English.
