From what I understand, Islam supplanted it pretty easily since both religions have similar dualistic set-ups, making the transition from one to the other comparatively smooth.

My coworker said he taught a university student who still practiced Zoroastrianism, he was talking about the ritual where they put dead people on a massive tower for vultures to eat them. Now that I think of it it's pretty crazy that there are any Zoroastrians at all in Canada.
