I've been lording for about 2 years, I've got 2 units and I'm hoping to expand more in 2026. I want to have a few (maybe 20 max) very high quality units in a small geographical area that I own fully, so I can always fill them with good people that have a sense of pride from renting from me. My eventual goal is to not have to work except for improving my own property.
