All in all, it's heavily discriminated, most countries in the EU don't allow them to purchase real estate or own cars, but it is really not enough.

I really pray for the day when any current/previous holders of russian and belarusian passports are completely barred from entering the EU, no work visas, no travel visas, nothing, complete iron curtain. If you were unlucky to be born in belarus or russia, you should be discriminated all your life for the ukrainian invasion, there is absolutely no cutting corners on this one.
