I thought it was going to be 2-3 years, but then I remembered how shit and volatile the brazilian currency is. Now I've to calculate 4% of interest rate instead of 10%
To have 1 million yen monthly after taxes it's necessary 3-3.1 million dollars as the principal

With 3 million dollars(16 million reais), you'd get more than 100k reais monthly just of interest. You can live like a king here while in Japan 1 million yen monthly it'd be upper middle class to barely high class

The main thing though is that Japan is one of the few remaining sane countries in the world besides scandinavian ones, but I don't like the cold that much and I don't know anything about their culture or language
