I do use olive oil, I'm just being hypothetical about it. Also; Meat I grill 95% of the time even if I’m roasting a chicken, vegetables i steam 95% of the time anyway. I do use olive oil to make vinaigrette or occasionally sauté something like mushrooms.

I buy olive oil from a mena store and they sell Palestinian olive oil. In my opinion, Palestinian olive oil is has a balanced flavour.
