because we don't want to torture the carp, it needs quite a lot of space to swim and simple bucket wouldn't be enough
and no bigger container would fit in our small commieblock apartments

putting lake/river fish in a clearwater pool outside makes them taste less dirty.

In Bulgaria I've only seen frozen store dumplings. But we have schnitzel everywhere in restaurants.

I make an excellent pork schnitzel already but fish seems more difficult
