Just a note, the ones made by lantinamericas is closer to a pastry while the real one is salty, and you can eat that way unless you want it with some sugar sprinkled over it

Still the one you are showing in that picture is pure slop, It's like grabbing an alfajor, and adding a layer of sugar or praline, there's no need of adding that. A real churro is simple.

Is Costco going to shit in the US too? Since the pandemic we lost churros, most of the bakery, hot dogs went up in price, and the rotisserie chicken now comes in these god awful plastic bags.
