here in west europe, you can meet thousands of east euros that moved here to work or study
I've met slovaks, poles, romanians, serbs etc. but I've never met a hungarian. What gives? Are magyars prospering so much they don't want to ever move?

Hungarians are Germanic tribe just denying to admit it. You can't distinguish Germans and Hungarians meanwhile slavs look obvious.
