Not really, mods themselves are normalfags in denial. Karachan is de facto the last remaining polish imageboard (there's wilchan too, but there's only a handful of weebs posting there and it gets regularly raided by kara). Despite all the scripts and gatekeeping, normalfags go in and out as they please anyway, because those scripts are fucking trash.
