I am back home from this private psychiatric clinic after 35 days without my phone, completed the rehab/detox program, at least I was surrounded by mostly friendly, grounded amd funny people in my ward with the usual looneys (not violent) in the psychiatric ward. They gave me the same diagnosis with last year (F19) stating "improvement" instead of "stagnant/unchanged" that they gave me last year and they also gave me this nonsense F38 diagnosis(Other mood [affective] disorders). I am just feeling completely empty in my country, Greece.

This retarded psychiatrist put me on 150mg efexor/venlafaxine while I asked to possibly be put on wellbutrin or a combination of wellbutrin and an SNRI, has efexor worked for anybody here and does it have very bad withdrawal symptoms?

He put me on;
150mg effexor in the morning (was taking 75mg in the morning and 75mg in the afternoon in the clinic)
300mg neurontin in the morning, afternoon and night
50mg naltrexone in the afternoon
50mg quetiapine at night
37mg lurasidone at night

I was surprised to see he put me on 2 different atypical antipsychotics at night just for sleep

He just didn't care about me telling him I want to give wellbutrin a try again and he just sticked to only effexor kek

They seem to not want to diagnose me with schizophrenia although its most likely since this was my 4th time in a ward, and just tell me "psychosis". also they upped me to the highest dose of aripiprazole which caused some seriously bad side affects so i had to go back and emergency see a dr today to get more drugs to sort that out

Pregabalin is like gabapentin on steroids so yes I think pregabalin is much better and much more potent and doesn't need to be staggered like gabapentin needs if you want to take it recreationally for example

I was given 300mg gabapentin (around 75-100mg lyrica converted) around 3 weeks after I've stopped taking my usual 150mg lyrica dose once I was in the clinic and I definitely felt that gabapentin dose quite a lot for like 4-5 days where I was much more talkative and in a good mood etc but it then mostly faded out
I've also realized before I might have some perma tolerance to pregabalin due to my abuse of it in the past but it might just be in my mind

There are random times that it gets super hard like having the morning wood for example but I definitely have some difficulty with it in general once I was put on that effexor shit, although I bust my first nut in 35 days last night in the clinic and again today earlier while it was impossible for me to bust the first week or so I was there so I gave up on that idea until last night lmao

I would use the POSTE RESTANTE method which makes the letter stay in the post office until you get it yourself, for this I think you just write your normal address and you put POSTE RESTANTE in the second line under your name

Other than that you can just use your normal address if you live alone, there's no problem doing that

I don't know how tight customs there are but I am almost sure there are too many people from Israel getting their stuff from EU countries just fine, if you order in your address and you don't receive a good bunch of the stuff you've ordered you could think of your address as burned and not to be used again but as I said you're almost certainly not going to have any problem using your normal address

For the sake of it you can rent a p.o. box if that makes you feel any safer

They let me use the phone in the psychiatric ward but I wasn't allowed to charge it myself, had to get one of the nurses to do it

Pull yourself together and quit messing around with drugs and shrinks. You are being taken advantage of by everyone at this point, the fake doctors are making a living out of you, the pharmacists, the intermediaries...

I work in healthcare, let's just say that. If you are able to form big sentences with big words you are more than functional.
The shrinks are just a scam. The true mentally ill are in and out of institutions with police and law officials pushing them around all the time.
Trust me the system is rigged, if you can't see that soon it won't end well.
