Imagine her getting torn apart by a BWC.

You know those really flexible people that can twist their arms, thumbs, back etc. really crazy? They have a genetic defect that makes their joints and ligaments really soft and flexible.

Ultra-flexible people think it's cool and funny when they're young, but as soon as they're middle-aged they will get random sprains, dislocations, and permanent injuries just from walking or standing up.

They will live their whole second half of their lives terrified of their own body.

Demonstrably false. I'm double jointed and it's actually benefitted me in middle aged, my agility is off the charts for someone my age

1. Many people suffer no symptoms, and many others do. I guess you're the "no symptom" half

2. You're still young enough to be complacent

Also this isn't some complex medical science; it's simple physics.

If something is too flexible and has a lot of give, it will cause problems eventually. Your cartilage and tendons won't grow back like muscles do. Once you bend them enough times in your life they will give up eventually.

That's true for all humans, but even more true for those with the condition.
