Between those two cards I'd unironically just look at which one you think would look best in your computer, functionally they seem the same (the store specs say the gigabyte card can work paired with a weaker PSU, but I would disregard that).
Personally I'd go with the Gigabyte, but that's mostly because of personal experience.
