It's more about regions. I would totally live in Brazil southern states or Argentina CABA/Córdoba/Patagonia. But i would kill myself if i had to live in Nordeste of Brazil or Northern Argentina/Buenos aires outskirts.

I'm not from Mexico City but I've been there as much as Buenos Aires and I can say Mexico City is way more cosmopolitan and definitely one of the megalopolis of today, Buenos Aires can't compare in size, diversity or scope.
Still, Buenos Aires being on the edge of the world and being smaller makes it feel more cozy, like a place you'd actually call home or that you at least could be familiar with. It feels like a city from the early 20th century.
Mexico City would be closer to New York, Sao Paulo, Tokyo, Jakarta, Manila, etc.

Brazil because it is culturally further from my own country so it would be a learning experience, but i admire both countries because they both have a startup/tech culture that i admire, many important latin american tech companies are headquartered in brazil or argentina

Argentina is interesting to me because it is enormous but only has one major city.
Brazil has SP, Rio, and quite a few other large cities. But Argentina doesn't have anything other than Buenos Aires

Nope. It's expensive for everyone, including Americans and Europeans. Go on Twitter and see for yourself. Ever since Milay took office their prices exploded to absurd levels. I don't even know how the locals deal with it. Not to mention the hordes of Argentines in southern Brazil buying basically everything they can grab in our department stores such as Decathlon.
