Most Cuban whites are literally 100% European and thus can be pretty high IQ. Since Cuba was a colony of Spain until almost 1900 you still have a lot of unmixed whites descended from recent Spaniard immigrants. In the rest of Latin America the very whitest people are usually only like 80-90% Euro.

Though to be fair, you live in Brazil which probably has a solid amount of unmixed whites due to relatively recent immigration from Italy/Germany/etc.

I guess, understandably, the concept of white people in Latin America is hard for you to understand because the only Latinos you see are squat 5'1 Mesoamerican mestizos, but they most certainly exist. They're not too many of them in the US though.

My own dear mother went to University of Georgia in 1968, and she said every exiled Cuban's (or child of an exile's) father either owned a department store, or an orange grove, or a factory, or a car dealership chain, or a shipyard, etc. She met a bunch of them during her time there, and every one of them said they used to live on same street in Havana as the President (Baptista). All flashy, rich as fuck, drove new Cadillacs.
Must have been horrible for them when the party ended in '59.
