I used to be pretty handsome but now i'm staring to bald real hard at 22 y.o. (in my country) and, given my ugly and deformed conic skull shape, i'll become terribly ugly.
How would you cope in your country? Life sucks if they all think you are an ugly freak.

I use a silicon scrub on my scalp and since then I haven't lost any hair, it has even grown thicker, you just need to clean your scalp. Using cold water at the end of the shower also helps.

It is his fault as he did not lower the dose of the meds that work or instead of microdosing he could have spread the intake to 3-4 times a week instead of taking it every day.
Finasteride also has a topical form but that takes too much work for the miniscule attention span-generation.

You don't see a campaign of that magnitude(seeing a side effect suffering person in every Fin trhead) for Dutasteride. It's in my opinion some nutjobs tarnishing Finasteride due to how popular it is being touted for hairloss nowadays. Scaremongering isn't really working anymore. The sides are well known to impact a marginal population of millions of users.

My friend got some awful side effects from finasteride. It was only until that irl experience that I went down the finasteride rabbit hole, it can be an awful drug.
If you didn't get any side effects and had a satisfactory outcome, that's good, but there's no reason to deny that others have suffered terribly. It will eventually get recalled, but likely only when there's a safer treatment out there for baldness -- so you can relax, baldie.

The truth is they found a cure for balding ages ago but Big Woman is keeping it suppressed.
