Developer request: strip metadata from webms?
Particularly the "title" segment, which is sometimes used for cunnyposting.
I think we do this already with jpegs and exif? Would it be much work to do this with webm.

It's very useful for storing the artist when uploading music and prevents a ton of "SAUACE??" comments

Ehhh I always leaned on file name for that.

Almost nobody except the original uploader names the file correctly. What exactly are they 'cunnyposting' in a short text metadata field, a url to CP?

It's just stuff like "i love cunny", etc, with the intention that another anon notices (and they do eventually). It is specially egregious in the context of clips of preschool shows where there is a fixation on some character (on /co/)

I've also used the title metadata for webms frequently for sauce, and removing it would be received as a feature degradation.
It was intentionally included for this purpose, no?
