After digging through the archives, I think I've pieced together the "Tonyo" situation that's been popping up in the report queue in /ic/ for the past couple of weeks. I originally was clearing the related reports, but my current opinion is that we should be cleaning up the board by hitting posters with trolling.
tl;dr This whole thing is a massive LARP to get people to nuke the art resources they've downloaded.
