AFAIK the stomach is a less lethal part of the human body so unless sheโs punching you like a Jojoโs character youโd likely survive even if it wouldnโt be pleasant like

If she wanted to use lethal force sheโd go for the chest since breaking the ribs can tear up the important organs inside, though that would require incredible strength; to the throat (though a judo chop might be better) which can cause it to swell up to the point of causing you to choke to death (thatโs why itโs banned in MMA and boxing); or to the back of your head which can sever the brain stem (ditto, known as a rabbit punch). Though I suppose your question may have been if Meiling has the strength to punch right through you, in which case IDK. Piercing skin with a punch is not the easiest thing in the world, and I imagine the stomach would be especially difficult with its elastic organs and lack of bones that the skin can get pressed and break against against like the face.
