Imagine, due to pressing matter Akyuu had to go into the forest by herself despite her horrible health, a daunting task for her already, and despite it she still goes in, venturing deeper into the forest, it is starting to get late, and dark, Akyuu must go back to the safety and comfort of her residence, but the trip will be quite long, and she is more and more unsure of the way home, this is when she ends up face to face with a yokai, creature of the night, this is a death sentence to a fragile girl like Akyuu, but is there trully nothing that can be done to go against the odds of destiny ?

Akyuu has memories of past Children of Miare that relate to Gensokyo Chronicle. Before erection of the Barrier, Gensokyo Chronicle was mostly about methods of extermination and abjuring of youkai.

I think no Youkai would be dumb enough to attack Akyuu, but even if they did she'd likely could offer them anything of her knowledge, it could be as dumb as 'spices' for their own meals, or as complex as ways of dealing with the own unique issues of being a youkai, perhaps even a way to avoid Reimu if she is feeling a bit cheeky with bothering her and thought the youkai was innocent enough

This commentary confuses me. Akyuu (and Child of Miare as whole) is based of Hieda no Are. Hieda is credited with compiling Kojiki, which required memorising and choosing between way too many accounts of history circulating at times for any other person to contain, hence the perfect memory. But Kojiki was also writing down of oral accounts that were at time, so Hieda's perfect memory should be even more phonetic-based than photographic, if anything. Yes, of course, Hieda might have traveled around Yamato and write down the accounts at the same time those were being told, thus getting the images, but this is nonetheless so roundabout it's almost unbelievable.

Thanks to her incredible memory, Akyuu can consult the chronicles in her mind, and guess she is facing Rumia, however the yokai is drasticaly more agressive and keen on getting to akyuu, and she has little time to act out.

If you want to make a custom doll, that's awesome, it's quite an honourable craft. Get a body, get a head, second-hand is good, you can get stuff for crazy cheap if you're lucky... Get some material. If you're new to sewing, a larger scale is better because there will be less small details. As for family, well, just say you like the character and want to collect memorabilia of her, the truth is really nothing scandalous.

As for custom dolls, i don't have the time to properly make one myself, i'm a very time starved person between work school and family matters, so i was thinking of just paying someone to do a custom doll of hers, around 133-145cm tall i was thinking Akyuu would be, and pretty slim too. Which is the issue, dolls at that size so far have proved to be more pear-shaped, as in quite a bit, rather than just slim all the way down, for that i have to scale up to 155-165cm tall, but that'd be too tall for her i think.
As for my family i'll likely just not mention how the dolls, the body pillow, the full body anime girl, stickers, keychains, and others, are of the same character, just act as if nothing is wrong and hope they don't ask

1/1 scale bodies are usually custom-made, so you can really have any shape you like. You can also 3D-print one. Get someone to make you a model for the scale, rather, and then get it printed. That kind of thing. You'll have to get a model maker and printer that specializes in that kind of doll. I can't recommend anyone, though.

I was thinking more so a doll with a flexible body, not an actual doll that's just life sized, but one with actual soft skin, joints for even things like the body or feet, custom eyes, and all of that. Fittingly i've found most information from the /ona/ thread or other similar pages even if my intention is not to use it like that, but for custom dolls getting a lewd doll seems to be pretty much the only option. So i also have to look into materials, people who make them, and so on. Since the main actual use would be to pose her, and also perhaps to cuddle, i looked into a fabric doll, but it looked really not htat good so i'll likely jsut get a standard one in that sense.
But yes as you said i was also considering first comissioning a 3d model, and then using it as a reference for the full body doll.
