One problem here is that human's faith also has clear limitations.
First, you're implying that just a vampirefucker is needed to make the race able to have children (it takes much more than that)
And second, human faith can't also go against logic. Believe for the reanimated corpse to have children might spit a bit in everything that nature itself sets upon. We know that nature exists independently of humanity, mainly because humans can still get dunked by it over even if they believe otherwise, forced sometimes to follow its whims.
So you can't logically have babies with the vampire, no matter how much you believe it
