▶How to play?
Run anchor.exe (or Emuera, depending on the game), Japanese locale is advised so you don’t run into untranslated text.
If you wish to manually update, delete old files aside the sav and dat folders to avoid any bugs.

▶Tips
If you’d like to either edit or add your own portraits, the files are located within the ‘resources’ folder in webp format. You can use paint.net to edit them.

Just started trying these games out with EraTohoTW and if you don't the limited visuals, I think this might be the hottest eroge there is. Are there any solid resources on these games? The wiki is pretty basic. How does one start new game plus and what is the point of NG+? What is the point of choosing a lover and can you break up later?

In EraMegaten, is sex training outside of dungeons particularly relevant to the dungeon crawling gameplay?

Fall states can do a bunch of things, ranging from stat bonuses to unlocking extra skills to flat out being required to unlock certain events or dungeons. Untrained fall can help out with some of this but there will be times where the only way to get something is to train.

it's easier to think in terms of routes, which are often split up between requests, events (there is no difference between requests and events), dungeons, and personal events. this is your bible for that

lots of routes have their ending gated behind one or multiple characters reaching a fall state, usually [Love]. Fall states have two tiers; [Affection] is tier 1 to [Love], [Lewd] is tier 1 to [Whore], [Submissive] is tier 1 to [Slave], and [Trust] is tier 1 to [I forget what it's called]. Additionally, lots of characters you recruit will start out uncooperative, meaning you can't take them into dungeons and stuff. You can persuade them to fight for you, or train them to a tier 1 fall state.

repost as a basic "what i do to get started": buy seeds at the human village. sell crops in the streets of the underworld during holidays. nazrin at byakuren temple can help you return lost items. nitori at the foot of the mountain sells a sprinkler, chainsaw and other important upgrades. bamboo forest has incense trees you can chop down and sell to eirin for stupid amounts of money. you can upgrade your charisma capacity by gambling in the scarlet devil manor (which also lets you sell it). keep track of your sake bug; sake is also easy early-game money if you sell it at the sake store in human village. you get sake by replacing the sake in your sake bug with water you're carrying. reimu sells a charm that tells you your daily luck, which is important for foraging. everyone likes good cooking. everyone hates bad music. lots of characters have something unlockable behind intimacy 5. you unlock NG+ by playing through an in-game year, then going into options. i don't think you can ever break up with anyone short of starting a NG+. there are in-game achievements for getting 5 characters to love and sex friend, respectively, but getting love is an end of itself (along with getting them pregnant).

Good, very good. Be sure to mod Cookie into being able to use direbird like she is supposed to. It's not hard, you just copy the direbird skill and change all instances of the character number to her's. You can do the same for any of the other girls whose species of demon is supposed to have an awakening skill.

Although I think I've found a bug with the Roppongi demoniac girls; you can't add or remove them from COMP, but they gain EXP even with [Dead Earth] and without watchful or anything like that.

I think (but aren't 100% certain), that you should be able to circumvent it by changing "CFLAG:TARGET:破瓜キャンセル口上有 = 1" into "CFLAG:TARGET:破瓜キャンセル口上有 = 0" in "ERB\口上・メッセージ関連\個人口上\060 Parsee [パルスィ]\Parsee\M_KOJO_K60_イベント.ERB", which should disable the functionality responsible.

After spending quite a long time producing AI art and then actually playing a bit, it turned out that I didn't follow procedure properly and as a result it couldn't read most of the images (eraBlueResort specifically looks for '顔_デフォルト.webp/png' to identify that it's an image (sub)folder) properly. Not only that, taking a much closer look at the images from Patchy's image files made it clear that they just created a vertical or horizontal strip (tanzaku) version then cropped it down to a square for the 'face', instead of creating one for every single one of them. Makes sense to save a lot of time, and also because AI art generation depending on the subject it can struggle to make certain postures in square or strip style.

Well, it's still fine I guess. I'll just see it as AI art generation learning things.

Can I get a QRD on how child characters are created? I wanted to mess around with pregnancy to see if I could get some real OP units and so far I bred two Persona Users, a demon, the Demi-Fiend, and an Archon, but every child I got out of of them has been a Level 5 Summoner who only pulls gameplay aspects (ie talents and skills) from myself. Does the Master's child just always take the class of the Master?

So I ended up being sick of seeing the constant 'English: The only thing you can do' from Sugoi, so I switched over to Luna Translator to see how it goes.

It feels way better so far since it doesn't spam that line like it did in Sugoi, but how do I properly fix the translation output lines to make it 'match' the same format and spacing of the original clipboard translation, and also make it stop outputting ' as ' and stuff?

To be perfectly honest, Textractor via Sugoi V7 was doing fine for me... like a year ago. Then at one point, it felt like regardless of whether I went for Offline Translation, Google or DeepTL for translation output, it was like as if Sugoi had a mind of its own and used the same translation source regardless of choice, and always with that specific line when trying to translate Japanese full stops or spaces at times. I'm assuming it's from whatever the Sugoi guy did on their end because it showed the same things on V10 and V11. Haven't bothered seeing if V12 does the same yet, but it probably will.

The only thing that LunaTranslator doesn't do (unless I missed a setting somewhere) are the funny outputting of ' into ' and the Japanese quotation marks as ", and that it doesn't save previous translations up to a point (it just replaces it completely with the new stuff from the clipboard).

I didn't knew that was a thing. But the pic seems smoother than mine. I sometime have to highlight sentences because they aren't translated, and the dialogue in boxes during battles are sometime ignored.

That's I think to do with how the era game outputs text itself. Sometimes if it's too fast one after another in an automatic fashion, it gets skipped completely. It's hard to explain it properly in words but those that know, know I guess. It happens pretty often in say eraFL during sex, because when multiple things are happening it likes to drop for example 3 lines then 1 line after that with an extremely short delay (0.2s-ish), which makes Textractor register the 3 lines but not that 1 line that came after.

On TW-related note, I saw on the commit history for Anon-TW about the 'minor fairy event' and got curious, so started under (Incompetent) Lust Mode living with the Three Fairies. I lucked out getting a Pink Wind blowing on the second day of that run that hit Star multiple times (while Sunny got hit once and Luna lucked out completely), so Star pretty much hit Intimacy and Lust 3 within a week of starting.

The event triggered as advertised, Sunny invented (vaginal) sex and all three fairies partook in it and we became Sex Friends. However, because I showed up in Star's room at 0702 when it triggered, even though the event was written to such that Sunny and Luna walked in on Star playing with (You)r dick and all, because Luna doesn't wake up until 0800, for her alone her V-Virginity Loss history showed her as 'lost her virginity without being aware that her hymen is torn', like when someone loses it while asleep or during TSP.

I feel like that is a bit of an oversight that could probably just be fixed by requiring all three fairies to be awake when you talk to one of them that meets the requirements in their room.

The original Masakado from 2013 made DF take 200% dmg from all of the elements that didn't exist in Nocturne + Pierce/Strike/Havoc, and 150% from Almighty. This is a massive improvement in comparison.
