I dislike most "modern" variants of producers, Deco being the worst offender by far.
I like modern UTSU-P but I feel like he peaked with Galapagos or Greatest Shits. I like modern GHOST but I feel like they'd be better off with more Honey I'm Home styled songs if they ever return from retirement. I was listening to FOOLISH for the first time in years, and its tuning still holds up even if the mixing and lyrics are not the best. It was a vent song written by a teenager, though, so stream of consciousness lyrics are fine.
I haven't really liked much of any modern Pinocchio songs, admittedly.
A lot of newer producers are better now than they were years ago. Xitoo isn't newer but she's significantly better now.
