Marisa would be a better match here for Kenjaku's victim since Reimu is supposed to be Gojo.
Although I have no idea who Yuji would be, but Cirno feels like she would be Kusakabe and Byakuren feels like a shoe in for Yuki.

I can see that, Cirno doesn't match Kusakabe's personality but she shares the same weakest among the strongest gimmick.
Same thing for Sukuna and Mizuchi both possessing people but having largely differing personalities. I think it has a lot of story potential due to the personalities not matching up, Reimu is probably an even worse teacher than Gojo but probably wouldn't even teach Yuji/Sumireko/Sanae and leave the job to someone else like a hypothetical Yuki/Byakuren.

I might. But honestly besides enjoying the discussion around the idea of a Doom and Touhou crossover, I’m also hoping that a “good” story might inspire others to write their own. More than anything I’m surprised there isn’t much in the way of such crossovers from what I can see. Let alone a complete story.
