Anon it's obvious the person creating those threads wants to ban that thread from the board. (I fact, I wouldn't be surprised if you were the one who made the threads.) Because of that, it'd be a bad idea to ban the thread from the board because it only rewards these types of spammers and encourages them to just falseflag spam threads when they want to get something ban.

It's the same logic for why when a thread gets dumped with illegal content, jannies won't delete the thread usually even if the thread is somewhat off-topic, because doing so encourages its use as a tactic.

Sorry to tell you OP, but outside of legal obligations the mods have genuinely just given up sitewide. Every board that has more then 1,000 posts a day is either plagued with low quality coomer/xitter/political/ECT threads or has 19 different barneyfag-wannabes that the mods either ignore and let it grow worse or legitimately protect over actual good posters.

The only reason the NTR threads even stopped is because they willingly moved elsewhere. Modern Day /v/hu is a place where the majority of people that regularly browse it don't even like Touhou, they just like the unsalvageable /dbz/ shitpost moshpit it's devolved into. People who willingly get off on ragebaiting aren't leaving without force, so enjoy the new artificial catalog speed cause it's likely here to stay
